Jay-Z will be in Cleveland at “The Q” on October 29th and of course Eighty81 will host the afterparty. It’s 21 and up with proper ID to party.
Music will be provided by DJ Steph Floss.

The radio is saying that this event is ticket only and you have to win them. Plus you have to be 18 and older and registered to vote.

Tickets are available starting at 12:00 p.m. on Friday, October 24. You can get tickets from any Campaign for Change office. The offices are open from 9:00am to 9:00pm daily. To get more information go the the Quicken Loans website for locations where you can pick up your tickets for this event.

They kinda screwed a lot of people over on this. I went to the one one Mayfield, and was standing out there since 11 am. I knew it was first come first served and if they would have just said “we ran out of tickets” I’d have been fine. But what pissed me off is that they waited until after 1, when people had been standing outside for 2+ hours, to tell us that every location didnt get the same amount of tickets and that we should go to a different one. THE LINE WAS DOWN THE STREET AT 11 AM! How hard would it be to take a quick headcount at 11:30 - when it was obviously more people than you had tickets for - and tell everybody to go to the other one when we would have had a realistic chance to get a place in line at a different location… Instead of telling us at ONE OCLOCK after we wasted all that time and basically got cold for no reason. Cause why send a huge crowd to someplace else that already would have had their own long line… I understand that this wasnt a situation where everybody who wanted a ticket was gonna get one, but at least manage it fairly. That was some bullshit.

Your best bet is to park by the View, so you can just walk over to the afterparty after the concert.
